Employment Agency offers assistance for continuing education
The IHA is an accredited training institute for advanced professional training according to the Regulations on the Recognition and Approval for Further Education and Training (AZVW). This means that all companies can send their employees to the IHA for training and request assistance therefor, in the form of an education voucher for example.
Criteria for assistance eligibility
Continuing training activities are eligible to receive assistance provided they satisfy two criteria under the terms of
1. Continued training assistance for low-skilled, older employees in the company (WeGebAU)
